Enjoyed a day of gorgeous sunshine (a true rarity in Maine this summer...so far.) and blue skies at the Maine Aquarium in Boothbay Harbor, this past weekend.
I will apologize for the craptastic quality of the photos. Something is terribly, horribly, awfully wrong with my macro lens and one of my 25-85mm lenses as well. *sniffle*

Gaby isn't altogether sure about touching a sea scallop...
...and Jabba the Hutt wasn't exactly thrilled about holding a lobster, even if it was a juvenille and not quite ready for drawn butter and lemon!
A little less gorked out by the sea scallop...
Eventually Gaby warmed up to getting in "touch" with less squidgy forms of sea life...
I still couldn't talk her into holding the crab.
Whilst she wouldn't hold the crab, she did pet a shark. Yes, I said PET A SHARK!
We spent a great deal of time just hanging out on the deck that surrounds the aquarium and I enjoyed watching the many faces this kiddo of mine, makes!
This shot needs no words. So in love with this pic and the two in it.
