Leave it to my two girls, despite being separated by 16 years, to find common ground in none other than...their hair!
Most of you recognize Gaby with these wild curls...
It wasn't even 30 minutes later in nearly 70% humidity that her hair was every bit as curly as it has been before the flat iron even hit her hair. And for that I'm grateful. She looks entirely too grown-up with straight hair.

I agree, straight hair makes her look entirely too grown-up. Those curls r just too precious.

Diana...I know!!! Straight hair TOTALLY changes how she looks. It was
interesting but I wouldn't trade her curls for a million dollars!

my hair stylist comes to my house. My kid has the same curly hair.the minute the stylist walked in my kid asked her to straighten her gorgeous hair. I was floored. I have straightish hair and LOVE her curls so she did not get that from me

Jessica...you have a stylist that COMES TO YOUR HOUSE! What I wouldn't give
for that!
Gaby DID get her curls from me and her Grandpops on her daddy's side. My
curls annoy the crap out of me when it's humid. So I always end up
straightening my hair and it always ends up frizzy when it's humid. I can't
ever win!

NOnonononono! Too grown up! Make it stop! LOL! Funny how a little thing like hair can change everything. And our Guys wonder why we get our hair done so much.

I actually totally love her straight hair. Skye was born with a head of hair only to quickly lose it. I swear she was bald until she was 2. After that she had the fullest, curlest hair ever. Beautiful ringlets like her father (He was Italian and had gorgeous hair.) By the time she made it to her teens the curls had gone away and she had my hair straight and thin as ever. (Hugs)Indigo

Ugh meant to say curly hair. (Hugs) Indy

Beautiful, either way.

I was going to say I was thinking how much older she looks with straight hair too. My dd is also cursed , so she thinks, with curly hair. It amazes me how different she looks with it straight and how long it is straight! It always ticks her off how fast it curls back up. I am surprised Gabby sat so long for Meg to work....:)

LOVE her pouty face. Love her curls, too. :)

Curly hair, straight hair, that girl is too cute for words.

I love the curls.....she is just too cute with them!

Well, she is precious either way, but her trademark girls are what makes her unique. That face is just too cute for words-- a perfect pout!

So cute! That's something I don't get to do - I have all boys and the closest they let me get to their hair is when they are desperate for a trim and can't wait for daddy to take 'em to the barber.

What a cutie pie-curls or not!
Hope all is well.

I'm surprised with those gorgeous curls that Meg managed to get Gabbi's hair so straight. But you're right - she looks far too old.

She looks like a totally different child! I love those curls!

Oh she is darling!!! Her "scowl" made me howl with laughter. I would find it hard to deny her anything if she gave me that face. :)Straight hair or curls, she is beautiful! And sisters-a very special bond indeed!!!

ohhhh don't let her do that!! my niece has the same gorgeous little ringlets, and now that she is older and does her own hair, she insists on brushing it AFTER after it is dry, turning the curls into this MASS of roseanne roseannadanna frenzy.....

WOW! She definitely looks way to old with the straight hair! Gorgeous, but old. Gimme the girlie girl curls!!

What a darling girl - with or without curls. Without curls, she looks just like you!

Too cute!!
I adore that last picture with the little pouty face. She's a doll. :)

Even with that pouty little face, she's adorable!

I have the opposite problem. Very straight, curls gone in 30 minutes.
